We are a growing insulation company looking for a motivated assistant technician to work alongside our lead Spray Foam Installer on residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. It’s a chance to learn a specialized trade, gain real field experience, and grow into a highly skilled Spray Foam Technician.
The right candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. No prior spray foam experience is required, we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead installer with spray foam insulation installation.
- Prepare job sites, cover surfaces, and set up equipment.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Help maintain spray equipment and keep the truck organized.
- Clean and prepare work areas before and after installations.
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and construction environments.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Comfortable working on ladders and around construction equipment.
- Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person).
